Q. Network 1 includes multiple computers in the 10.10.10.16/28 range. Homer has called into the help desk complaining that he can’t access the Internet. He says that he configured the NIC but suspects it needs to be replaced. You determine that his NIC has the following settings:

IP address: 10.10.10.17

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.240

Default gateway: 10.10.10.32

Speed: 100 Mbps

Duplex: Full

What is the cause of the problem?

A. NIC has incorrect IP address.

B. NIC has incorrect default gateway.

C. NIC is configured with the incorrect speed.

D. NIC is configured with the incorrect subnet mask.
