Q. You are a computer technician at your company and regularly answer trouble calls. A user contacts you about a problem with his computer. He tells you that he tried a solution recommended by another technician but he still has the same problem. What should you do?

A. Ask the customer to describe the problem.

B. Have the customer contact the other technician.

C. Tell the customer to try the solution again.

D. Tell the customer that the other technician rarely solves problems, but you will help him.
